RoboCom++ Project at ICT 2018

Sant’Anna School for Advanced Studies (SSSA), Coordinator of the RoboCom++ Project, organized a parallel session titled “Science-grounded Robotics: the TERRINet and RoboCom++ European Projects” in the frame of the ICT Conference ” Imagine Digital – Connect Europe”, held in Vienna (Austria), on December 4-6, 2018.
The ICT 2018 research and innovation event attracted 4800 visitors and focused on the European Union’s priorities in the digital transformation of society and industry. The Conference covered topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Next Generation Internet, Digital Skills and High-Performance Computing and was an opportunity for the people involved in this transformation to share their experience and vision of Europe in the digital age.
The parallel session titled “Science-grounded Robotics: the TERRINet and RoboCom++ European Projects” was held on December 6, 2018. The goal of the session was to present the research activities of the projects, to grow the visibility of the RoboCom++ Community as a reference point for robotic research and development in Europe and worldwide; to present the Working Groups of the RoboCom++ Community.
